Parks and Recreation is in the process of converting a civic property (824 Agnes Street), a lot leased by the City (823 Carnarvon Street) and a portion of a Victoria Lane into a downtown off-leash dog enclosure.

The new off leash dog enclosure will feature a gravel surface, with a small grass section, trees, park benches, drinking fountain, 'doggie' fire hydrants, garbage receptacles and double gate entrances.
